Dear Mr. Sakata and Commission Members :
The American Association of University Women Hilo Branch,
representing over 100 women in East Hawaii supports
measures to eliminate discrimination based on sex, race ,
color, creed, national orgin, martial status, age , financial
status, or disability.
We therefore support inclusion of an amendment to the
County Charter to include as one of the Mayor's duties
implementation of the County' s Affirmative Action Plan.
