We have not received an official copy of your draft proposal
for "Article VII . . . Department of Personnel Services" for the
County Charter and request that a copy be submitted to our office.
As presented in testimony, we are concerned with conflicting
laws as they pertain to the Department of Civil Service and want
to check the Charter proposals with this in mind.
