Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend due to an ongoing eruption emergency in
our Lower East Rift Zone in Puna. I wish you a very successful and enjoyable
celebration, and hope I can attend sometime in future years.
Your city and our County have warm ties of friendship that will surely grow and
strengthen year by year. You, our Sister City friends, will always be welcome here.
