I'm writing to congratulate you on the occasion of your appointment as President
and General Manager of Hawaiian Telcom.
I want to take this opportunity to commend your excellent Hilo staff who have
worked so hard alongside Hawai'i County during the ongoing eruption disaster in Puna.
Hawaiian Telcom staff have gone more than the extra mile every day since the
event began on May 3, and they have been invariably helpful and positive in their
