APPLICANT: GOODFELLOW BROTHERS, INC. (AMEND SPP 08-000064) <br />Application to amend Condition No. 3 (Life of the Permit) of Special Permit No. 08-64 <br />and add the use and operation of a concrete/asphalt batching plant on a 5-acre portion <br />within the previously approved 14.77-acre special permit area on the 243.794-acre <br />property within the State Land Use Agricultural District. In 2008, Special Permit <br />No. 08-64 granted the establishment of a baseyard to provide equipment and motor <br />vehicle maintenance, repair services and related uses within the 14.77-acre portion of the <br />property. The subject property is located adjacent to the existing Waikoloa Quarry and <br />south of Waikoloa Road, halfway between Waikoloa Village and Queen Ka‘ahumanu <br />Highway, Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawai‘i, TMK: (3) 6-8-001: por. 066. <br /> <br />2. APPLICANT: WEST HAWAI‘I BUSINESS PARK, LLC (AMEND REZ 1049) <br />Application to amend Condition K (Roadway Improvements) of Ordinance No. 04-110, <br />which reclassified approximately 196.634 acres of land from an Open (O) to an <br />Industrial-Commercial Mixed-20,000 square feet (MCX-20) zoning district and <br />reclassified approximately 85.733 acres of land from an Open (O) to a General Industrial- <br />1-acre (MG-1a) zoning district.
