of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commissioner of the Department
of Liquor Control of the County of Hawai‘i, requests permission to extend the
time issuance of its approved application for a Dispenser General liquor

Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, for an additional six months from August 3, 2018, to
and including February 3, 2019, by letter dated and received June 28, 2018.

8. Kim & Kang LLC, dba K’s House, acceptance of the change of entity name to
K’s House Kona LLC, effective June 25, 2018, to its pending Dispenser
General liquor license, Category B1, located at the King Kamehameha Mall,
75-5626 Kuakini Highway, Suite #9, Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i.
9. Poi Dog Deli LLC, dba Poi Dog Deli, ratification of Application for
Entertainment Permit for a grand opening event held on August 28, 2018,
approved by Director Gerald Takase on July 25, 2018, to its Retail Beer and

10. The Agency Inc., dba The Agency, requests reinstatement of the license
whereby the current licensee Karma HI, LLC, dba Karma HI, Cabaret liquor

discontinued and vacated its business, effective June 30, 2018.
