PLACE: West Hawai‘i Civic Center, nd Planning Department Conference Room –Building E, 2 Floor 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, 96740 DATE: August 7, 2018 TIME: 5:15 PM AGENDA CALL TO ORDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Meeting of July 24, 2018 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS NEW BUSINESS 1. The applicant, Rennell Saro, is proposing a sign for Kona Crust Pizza at the Kona Coast Shopping Center, located at the corner of Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway and Palani Road. The proposal includes (1) 84”x 20” stainless steel/acrylic tenant wall sign with max letter height of 9” and a max logo height of 20”. Landowner: Liliuokalani Trust Estate TMK: (3) 7-4-015:001 Location: 74-5588 Palani Road, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS ANNOUNCEMENTS Next meeting tentatively scheduled for August 21, 2018.
