The Pahoa and Pahala sites were closed on Wednesday, August 8, as the hurricane moved towards the south of Hawai'i Island, but kept going without making landfall. Absentee walk-in voting throughout the island ends on Thursday, August 9. The official Primary Election Day is on Saturday, August 11. Please be sure to vote in the Primary.
