7. Olu Kai, Ltd., dba Huggo’s, ratification of Application for Alteration Permit to
remove existing fenced section, pursuant to Rule 3-2-D-1 of the Liquor
Commission Rules and Regulations, to its Restaurant General liquor license,
Category B2, located at 75-5828 Kahakai Road, Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, submitted
on January 12, 2018, approved by Director Gerald Takase on January 22, 2018.
8. Express Waiters, LLC, dba Express Waiters, located at 56 Kaapuni Loop, Hilo,
Hawai`i, requests approval for third-party delivery service for Licensee
Thomas T. Kadota, Ltd., dba Kadota Liquors, located at 194 Hualālai Street,

respectively.
13. Proposed legislation, H.B. 2413, Relating to Liquor Commissions, to require
members of county liquor commissions and liquor adjudication boards to submit
to annual criminal history record checks, and H.B. 2414, Relating to Liquor
Licenses, to streamline procedures in the issuance of temporary licenses.
