ratification of Application for Temporary Increase in Licensed Premises, to The

approved by Director Gerald Takase on July 17, 2018, to its Restaurant

8. Kim & Kang LLC, dba K’s House, acceptance of the change of entity name to
K’s House Kona LLC, effective June 25, 2018, to its pending Dispenser
General liquor license, Category B1, located at the King Kamehameha Mall,

Entertainment Permit for a grand opening event held on July 28, 2018,

10. The Agency Inc., dba The Agency, requests reinstatement of the license
whereby, the current licensee Karma HI, LLC, dba Karma HI, Cabaret liquor

discontinued and vacated its business, effective June 30, 2018.

13. Request from the Office of the County Clerk, Legislative Research Branch,
for Commission input as to how the County Charter affects its role and
operations, and any proposals it may have to amend the Charter.
