CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF AUGUST 8, 2018, MEETING 3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Discussion on the June 13, 2018, and July 11, 2018, Limited Meetings and Site Visits by Committee members who were absent from the August 8, 2018, meeting. b. Review, discuss and categorize Chapters 3-7 of Hawai‘i County’s 2009 ISWMP Recommendations and Options. 5. NEW BUSINESS a. BioEnergy Hawaiʻi contract update. 6. ANNOUNCEMENTS a. The next meeting is scheduled for October 10, 2018, in Hilo at the Aging and Disability Resource Center at 1055 Kinoʻole Street, Suite 101. 7.
