CALL TO ORDER
Chair Brooke Darby called meeting to order at 11:17am. Quorum has been
met.

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (October 25, 2017)
Mele moved to cored the starting Meeting time to 10:00 am seconded by
Jewel.

B. November Financials
Jewel move to approve the treasure's report to amend and correct
October & November $254.38 to move to Urgent services and
November to show the Balance. Farrah seconded.
Hawai'i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer
C. Budget approval for June 2017 meal and mileage expenses
o Farrah moved to have all expenses submitted by Jan. 09, 2018.
Jewel seconded.

• Mele moved and Jewel seconded Approval of Project Plan.
• Dates that were chosen for the Luncheon first choice 4/29 /2018
second choice 4/22/2018, to be held on the East side of the
Island.

• Update on Status — None
I. CSW Membership Nominations
• 3 applications in and a fourth application at Mayor's office for
review by CSW.
• Lisa will explore and reply to Farrah about the possibility of meeting
potential applicants prior to voting on membership to join CSW.
Action Item: Lisa will look at statute to explore the membership terms and
expiration protocols for serving on CSW. Farrah will be updating CSW.
II. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW)
• Next CSW Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at
10am -12pm V/C between Puna Conference Room Hilo and WHCC
Council Conference room Kona.
III. ADJOURNMENT
• Meeting motioned by Jewel and seconded by Farrah. Meeting was
adjourned at 12:36p.m.
