Additionally, the legislative history and electoral approval process are summarized as follows: Ordinance No. 12-110 was introduced as Bill No. 260 during the 2010-2012 Council term. It was waived from committee, appearing for first reading on the June 6, 2012, Council agenda. 1. Passed First Reading on June 6, 2012 2. Passed Second Reading on June 19, 2012 3. Passed Third and Final Reading on July 3, 2012 Vote: Eight ayes; One absent. Vote: Nine ayes. Vote: Nine ayes.
