Administrative Matters. Staff will review administrative matters such as agenda setting <br />and minutes finalizing as well as a slight change of approach to the public comment portion <br />of meetings. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Members of the public are invited to speak to any items <br />on the agenda. With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made <br />either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item, and <br />may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. For our records, please fill out a <br />yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee <br />Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the July 10, <br />2018 meeting. <br />REPORTS and OTHER PRESENTATIONS: <br />2. AIi'i Parkway Investigatory Subcommittee Interim Report.
