PLACE: West Hawai‘i Civic Center, nd Planning Department Conference Room –Building E, 2 Floor 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, 96740 DATE: October 23, 2018 TIME: 5:15 PM AGENDA CALL TO ORDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Meeting of August 21, 2018 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS OLD BUSINESS 1. The applicant, Lance C. Sundquist, has re-submitted a proposed new double family residence located on Lamaokaola Street, which was previously reviewed by the Kailua Village Design Commission on August 21, 2018 who identified a number of issues and requested the proposed project be revised. The proposal includes the site plan for the construction of two new dwelling units on an 8,152 square foot lot zoned Double-Family Residential (RD-3.75). The site plan revisions include a reconfiguration of the parking spaces and the distance between two main buildings; new color selection for the exterior; and changes to the landscaping.
