Dear Kula'imano Tenants Association:
RE: Bus Service
Thank you very much for your letter delivered to my office on October 10, 2018
regarding the HeleOn Bus service in Hamakua.
Please know that my administration is taking seriously complaints like the ones
you describe about the state of the buses, and the hardship that a poor bus service
imposes on its riders.
We intend to do everything we can to improve conditions on the HeleOn fleet,
including comfort and reliability.
I really appreciate you devoting time to write to share your thoughts about
making things better for our Island's people.
