Please know that my administration is taking seriously complaints like the ones you describe about the state of the buses, and the hardship that a poor bus service imposes on its riders. We intend to do everything we can to improve conditions on the HeleOn fleet, including comfort and reliability. I really appreciate you devoting time to write to share your thoughts about making things better for our Island's people.
