CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chair Bennett called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2018 <br /> <br />Motion, second, and vote: Commissioner Pequeño moved to add a statement to the <br />minutes on page 4, near the bottom, to say that “the Commission recognized the efforts of <br />former Commissioner Susie Osborne to advance education and outreach at the Department <br />of Environmental Management.” Vice Chair Olson seconded the motion and all <br />commissioners voted aye. <br /> <br />Motion, second, and vote: Commissioner Gaffney moved to approve the minutes <br />with the additional statement, Commissioner Pequeño seconded the motion, and all <br />commissioners voted aye. <br /> <br />
