Dear commission
This is a plea to you to not change the 2% that is applied to save lands on the Island of Hawaii.
Many people worked very hard to have this statute enacted. As a result many lands and been purchased and saved from
developers. The history and culture have been saved.
Do not alter the 2% rule
We do not wish to become another Oahu.
