Subject: which part of NO don't you understand.
NO -- we don't want the lose the 2 percent land fund.
NO -- don't keep trying to change it.
NO -- don't forget how many times the Hawaii citizens have voted to keep this program.
Don't punish us and our keiki by changing the charter just because the
county can't stick to a budget.
