Commissioners:
It is your duty to educate yourselves about the facts of the 2% Land Fund. It is also your duty to respect and implement
the will of the people of Hawaii County. They have voted 3 times to strengthen the program.
The mayor and others are spreading false information about the fund. This is disgraceful behavior by elected officials.
Please listen to the people who have carefully crafted the charter provision and who have put forth amendments that
will enhance it.
