Captain Cook, HI 96704 <br />AGENDA <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />ROLL CALL <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: (Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (requires six votes, and must comply with Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes § 92-7(d)) <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />1. Communication No. 2019-01 Meeting Calendar. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Members of the public are invited to speak to any items on the agenda. With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item, and may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. For our records, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the October 16, 2018 meeting. <br />REPORTS and OTHER PRESENTATIONS: <br />2. Public Access Open Space and Natural Resources Commission [PONC] Presentation. PONC secretary Maxine Cutler will provide the Action Committee with a brief overview on the PONC program and the process for suggesting parcel nominations for preservation and protection.
