Commissioner Larson <br />seconded. <br />Motion approved by voice vote – 8 ayes, 1 absent <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Allen motioned to approve the minutes for the June 14, 2018, June 28, <br />2018 and July 26, 2018 meetings. Commissioner Arthurs seconded. Commissioner <br />Buehler abstained from voting on the minutes of the July 26 meeting since he did not <br />attend. <br />Motion approved by voice vote – 8 ayes, 1 absent (June 14 and June 28 minutes) <br />Motion approved by voice vote – 7 ayes, 1 absent, 1 abstention <br /> <br /> <br />
