I would oppose any changes or reductions to this fund. I have not followed the details of the <br />county council's treatments of this fund, but the information I've been receiving is disturbing — funds collected and <br />nothing done with them, except to pad the general budget. I would REALLY like to see forward progress on land <br />purchase, trail building and measures taken that would assist in directing these funds (follow through champion) to <br />completion such acquisitions and necessary improvement tasks to have these lands purchased, access development and <br />maintained in a usable state from this fund.
