Aloha, Charter Commission members!
Please vote NO on Charter Amendment 7. We would like to see the will of the voters upheld: (a) keeping the annual
deposit of 2% for the Land Fund, (b) keeping the Maintenance Fund in the Charter, and (c) keeping the rule that 2%
Lands cannot be sold, mortgaged, or transferred.
Thank you for respecting the voters' desire to save land for open space.
