Subject: 2% Fund
I am sending this testimony in strong opposition to CA -13 which would allow the Mayor to take the funds for an
emergency. The County should be using the Disaster Relief Fund for this purpose.
I am also voicing my continued support for CA -9 and opposition to CA -7.
