Dear Charter Commission members,
I strongly oppose CA -7, which would weaken the PONC program vital for preservation of our high quality of life here.
Please do not cut the property tax rate funding rate, remove the perpetuity clause, nor transfer administration of the
maintenance fund.
I do support CA -9, to dedicate a staff member to work with communities to acquire and manage open space lands.
