3. Big Island Distillers Inc., dba Big Island Distillers, pursuant to Rule 4-2-M
of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of
Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, requests approval to
extend the time issuance of its Small Craft Producer Pub liquor license,
Category A, for an additional six months from January 4, 2019, to and
including July 4, 2019, by email dated January 11, 2019.

4. Kona Brewing Co., LLC, dba Kona Brewing Co., LLC, ratification of
Temporary Increase in Licensed Premises to the Kona Brew yard and
Brew House on February 16, 2019, approved by Director Gerald Takase
on January 10, 2019, to its Dispenser General liquor license, Category B2,
located at the Kona Industrial Subdivision, 75-5629 Kuakini Highway,
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
5. The Kalama Beach Corporation, dba Malama Market, dba Malama Market
(Honokaa), Malama Market (Ocean View), approval of change of Officers,
with the withdrawal of Andrew Tadao Kawano as Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer, and appointment of Dan Tregeagle Bessey as

December 12, 2018; and acceptance of the Personal History and Affidavit
