The commission anticipates meeting in executive session to consider charges against
officers or employees o where matters affecting privacy will
be involved, to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety, and may consult with
duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the
-20 (b).
CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINT (Briefly summarized.)
HPC 18-36: Complainant alleged that the police department has not responded to his
request to tow abandoned vehicles from his subdivision.
HPC 18-37: Complainant alleged that an officer harassed him.
