CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINT (Briefly summarized.) HPC 18-36: Complainant alleged that the police department has not responded to his request to tow abandoned vehicles from his subdivision. HPC 18-37: Complainant alleged that an officer harassed him.
