Shimabukuro, Chair <br />Committee on Hawaiian Affairs <br />Dear Chair Gabbard, Chair Shimabukuro, and Committee Members: <br />RE: SB 1370, Relating to Cesspools <br />The cost of cesspool conversion is going to be prohibitive for many of our residents, no less so than for <br />those residing on Hawaiian Home Lands.
