Aloha,
I am writing as a life-long Hawai'i county resident who has voted YES to establish the PONC fund in the past. I am writing
to continue to express our county's need to keep the 2% property tax fund as voters have established it. Please do not
reduce our PONC funds or change the regulations to allow these funds to be used for anything other than purchasing
public access and open spaces for US, THE PUBLIC, who has come out and spoken our minds and voted on this matter
three times. Please protect our PONC funds!
