Subject: Yes on CA -18 No on CA -27
Aloha,
I am a 35 year Hawai'i Island resident who wants every aspect of our 2% Open Space/Land Fund protected.
I support CA -18: The Maintenance fund to be under the Finance Dept. w/ over sight by PONC.
I oppose CA -27: I'm not comfortable with the use of eminent domain.
