Saquing Donna Mae Springer 2018-2020 HAWAII COUNTY CHARTER COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Pursuant to §92-41, Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS"), notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Hawaii County Charter Commission for the purpose of taking public testimony on the 2018-2020 Hawaii County Charter Commission's review of the Hawaii County Charter (2018 Edition). Pursuant to Section 15-3 of the Hawaii County Charter (2018 Edition) public hearings will be held in each of the geographical areas of Puna, Ka`u, Kona, Kohala, Hamakua and Hilo. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to HRS §92-3.5,the Hawaii County Charter Commission will conduct the April 3, 2019 and April 4, 2019 public hearings via interactive conference technology.
