objectives, policies, and actions;

priorities relating to the County operational budget
and the CIP budget and program;

► Facilitate ongoing community awareness,
participation, and partnerships, as appropriate;
► Build proactive relationships, and encourage
interactive communication between government

organizations to share information related to
potential opportunities as well as concerns that
apply to the planning area;
► Provide timely recommendations to the County on
priorities relating to the County operational budget
and the CIP budget and program;

Review and make recommendations on interim
amendments to the CDP,
Provide recommendations to amend the general plan; and
Carry out other duties specified in the CDP and/or in
agreement with the planning department.
► Receive briefings from County agencies , as
requested, on priority actions identified in the CDP;
► Participate in the preparation of the general plan
report as described in Section 16-2-2(c).
► Participate in the comprehensive update of the
CDP;
► Review and make recommendations related to
proposed interim amendments and comprehensive
updates to the CDP and to the General Plan; and
► Carry out other duties specified in the CDP and/or in
agreement with the planning department.
