4. PUBLIC TESTIMONY ON AGENDA ITEMS — All testimony shall be relevant to the
meeting agenda's specific items. At the discretion of the Chair, public testimony
may also be taken when each agenda item is discussed.
5. NEW BUSINESS
a. Speakers from Kona Disabled American Veterans Chapter Seven
b. Pam Cabreira of Hawaii Disability Rights Honolulu office sharing updates
c. Our new committee members report as to what action or direction taken this
month.
d. Nominate a New Vice Chair.
e. Letters to the mayor on our meeting results.
f. Report of County of Hawaii Office of Aging Dr. Kimo Alameda
g. Report of County of Hawaii Equal Opportunity and ADA Officer Julie Rawlins.

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a
lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code).
A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five
hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative
or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." (Article
15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code.)
