Dear Chair Adams and Member of the Charter Commission:
Testimony pertains to removing the requirement that the Director of
the Department of Public Works be continued and not removed.
This requirement pertains to the SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELL
BEING or the citizens of our County of Hawaii and should not be
removed.
am asking that you reconsider removing this requirement.
