Chairman Roth called the meeting to order and the Commissioners <br />introduced themselves. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Minutes of the Meetings of April 9, 2019 <br /> <br />The Commission postponed approval of the minutes at the request of the secretary. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. The applicant, Scott Dodd with Luana Hospitality Group, is proposing exterior <br />renovations to the former Bubba Gump Restaurant to include replacement of windows <br />and doors which face the ocean, replacement of guardrails a the retail entry and install <br />two new exit doors. The proposal does not include any changes to the existing building <br />area, configuration, exterior building colors or landscaping. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
