To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of <br />the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Community Development Plan (CDP) Action <br />Committee. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Draft General Plan Mini Speakout Event: Members of the Long Range Planning Division <br />will provide an overview of the draft General Plan Comprehensive Review through <br />informational boards that highlight various parts of the plan. This event will highlight <br />considerations from the Draft General Plan that are the most relevant issues for the <br />region. <br />Attendees will participate in a mini Speakout workshop to explore key sections of the <br />draft in a similar process to the larger public Speakouts that took place this August. <br />During the workshop portion of the meeting, attending members of the public will have <br />an opportunity for questions, discussion, and providing feedback on the key sections of <br />the draft being presented.
