Ken Melrose, representing himself, testified in support of Bill 87, Kona CDP Amendments. He <br />introduced himself as an active participant in the Kona CDP since its inception as well as a <br />participant in the Kona CDP Amendments Subcommittee. He stated his support for the <br />protection of sensitive resources and shared his conversations with Planning staff on the <br />application of the amendments to Policy ENV -1.5. He asked the Council for their support in <br />adopting Bill 87 on its second and final reading. <br />2. Dwight Vicente, representing the Hawaiian Kingdom, testified on Bill 87, Kona CDP <br />Amendments.
