The subject property is situated <br />between 31" Avenue and 32nd Avenue, about 2,160 feet southeast of the Paradise Drive <br />intersection, Hawaiian Paradise Park, Puna, Hawaii, TMKs (3) 1-5-017:84 and <br />1-5-017:118. <br />2.
