<br />NOTICE OF CANCELLATION <br />KAILUA VILLAGE DESIGN COMMISSION <br />MARCH 24, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />The public meeting scheduled by the County of Hawai‘i Kailua Village Design Commission <br />on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at the West Hawai‘i Civic Center, Planning Department <br />nd <br />Conference Room, Building E, 2 Floor, 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Kailua-Kona, <br />Hawai‘i, has been cancelled. The meeting was scheduled for: <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. The applicant, William McCowatt, of Koa Architects LLC, is proposing the addition of nine <br />(9) metal and glass “storefronts” for tenant spaces located on the mauka (east) side of the <br />existing warehouse building located on Lot 14, with manufacturing, storage, and accessory <br />office uses permitted, to match an existing tenant space with a metal and glass storefront. <br />The applicant’s plan for the tenants is to increase retail and commercial opportunities, and to <br />support improving the “Brew Pub” portion of the Pawai Place area.
