Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Riley Smith at 10:04 A.M., in the Meeting <br />Room, Department of Liquor Control, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole <br />Highway, Building B, 2nd Floor, Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Board Members: Riley Smith, Chair <br />Andi Pawasarat-Losalio, Vice Chair <br />Dwayne Mukai, Board Member <br />Art Taniguchi, Board Member <br />Absent and Excused: Geraldine Giffin, Board Member <br />Others Present: Gerald Takase, Director <br />Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative Officer <br />Diana Mellon -Lacey, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />(Board) <br />Dorsi Lim, Secretary to the Board & Commission <br />Smith: As we typically do, I'd like to go around and introduce our staff and also our Board <br />Members, starting with the Board. My name is Riley Smith.
