This provision requires our <br /> Office to transmit an annual audit plan to the Hawaii County Council and the Mayor. <br /> In addition to the annual comprehensive financial report and federal single financial audit <br /> contracted to be conducted by an outside CPA firm, our annual plan will include four self- <br /> initiated audits and four follow up audits.
