Due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting was held via the <br /> 6 Zoom interactive video platform. <br /> 7 ROLL CALL <br /> 8 AC Members Present: Shirley David (Vice-chair), David Huerta, Kari Kimura, Roselyn Molina, Janice <br /> 9 Palma-Glennie, Shane Palacat-Nelsen, Franz Weber, <br /> 10 AC Members Absent-Excused: Marisa Bankston, Charles Young (Chair) <br /> 11 County Staff: Planners—Alexis Ching, Keiko Mercado <br /> 12 County Officials: Council Member Holeka Inaba and Council Member Rebecca Villegas <br /> 13 3 members of the public attended the meeting via Zoom. General Plan Update: <br /> 24 The administration continues their comprehensive review of the General Plan. Once completed, <br /> 25 they will work with staff on an updated timeline, which will include additional public review, <br /> 26 Planning Commission hearing, and submittal to County Council for adoption. <br /> 27 2. Kona Open Space Network (KOSN) Update: <br /> 28 Long Range Division's infrastructure and design planners (Natasha Soriano and Rob Leasure) are <br /> 29 updating the draft scope for KOSN. Their goal is to provide a high-level plan by mid-October that <br /> 30 includes key activities and dates, allows for setting the scope, vendor selection, and contracting. <br /> Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer Page 1 <br />
