The property <br />is located along the north side of Puainako Street, between Kilauea Avenue and Kekela Street, <br />across from the KTA Super Stores complex, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-39:31, 57, <br />68 and 69. <br />GRAHAM: Next item on our agenda is also a rezoning application. The applicant is <br />Ginger Patch DP, LLC. This is a Change of Zone application for 88,317 square feet of land from <br />a Single-Family Residential – 10,000 square feet to a Neighborhood Commercial. The location <br />of the property is along the north side of Puainako Street, between Kilauea Avenue and Kekela <br />Street, across from the KTA Super Stores complex.
