The <br />property is located mauka of Queen Kaahumanu Highway, adjacent to and ending mauka of <br />st <br />Lowe€s,approximately400feetnorthofMalulaniGardensSubdivision,Lanihau1 and <br />stnd <br />Moeauoa 1 and 2, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-5-3:7, 8 and 9. <br />GRAHAM:All right the Hawaii County Planning Commission will now come back to <br />session. Our next agenda item is SCD Kona 108, LLD. This is a change of zone application so <br />the commission will be making a recommendation to the County Council who will take final <br />action. This is for a change from agricultural 5a to residential and agricultural 1a and multi- <br />family residential 3500 square feet for 108.2 acres of land.
