The purpose of the draft bill is to specifically address the permissibility of agricultural <br />tourism or its impacts in the various zoning districts. <br />SPRINGER:Our final item is Agenda Item 11. The initiator is the Planning Director. <br />It€s an amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code relating to <br />Agricultural Tourism. The purpose of the draft bill is to specifically address the permissibility of <br />agricultural tourism or its impacts in the various zoning districts. <br />HAYASHI:Thank you, Madam Chair. We have a staff member, Larry Brown, who has been working on <br />this and was going to present this.
