Yuen, Planning Director <br />Norman Hayashi, Planning Program Manager <br />Phyllis Fujimoto, Staff Planner <br />Jeff Darrow, Staff Planner <br />And approximately 28 people from the public in attendance. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: AINALOA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (USE 106) <br />Further proceedings on remand from appeal to the Third Circuit Court from Planning <br />Commission€s decision dated November 15, 2004, for consideration and possible <br />approval of proposed settlement of the appeal, including amendment of condition nos. 7 <br />(improvements to Ainaloa Boulevard) and 9 (community benefit assessments) of Use <br />Permit No. 106 (development of an 18-hole golf course and related improvements), with <br />executive session, as needed. <br />ALAMEDA:Let€s take up Agenda Item No. 5, Unfinished Business. <br />Application Ainaloa Development Corporation. I€ll let the staff give us an intro on this <br />particular agenda item. So, Norman, whenever you€re ready. Staff? <br />HAYASHI:Thank you, Mr. Chair, Members of the Commission. Back in the <br />early 1990s, the Applicant, Ainaloa Development Corporation, requested a Special <br />Permit to allow the establishment of a golf clubhouse on the property, the subject <br />property, which is indicated by this red dot, as well as some related recreational activities. <br />At the same time, the Applicant submitted a request for a Use Permit to allow an 18-hole <br />golf course on 200 acres of land. <br />EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />
