The area is a near our <br />welcome sign and North Kohala Resource center and visitors center. The location already has <br />heavy traffic as it is the convergence of Hoea rd and Akoni Pule Hwy. It is at the downhill part of <br />both sides fo the highway which makes it a dangerous area already. To make the area a <br />commercial zone and business area, would only increase the danger for pedistiran fatalities. Also, <br />if the owner were to make it a business, it would impact our quality of life in a negative way with <br />increase traffic, road noise, and people noise.
