Item #4 COUNTY COUNCIL (BILL NO. 194) (PL- <br />CCI-2022-000002) <br />Leeward Planning Commission, <br />I write to solicit your support of Bill 194 coming before Hawaii County Council. While the Planning Director contends <br />that these extensions are thoughtfully applied it still becomes an issue of transparency to the public and the Council on <br />the progress of development.
