The County Council <br />should be the authorizing body for such changes, NOT a single Planning Director. This is because <br />could create the appearance of impropriety if ever such an action was challenged. It would give too <br />much power to a single individual, subjecting him/her to undue influence from "interested" parties. <br />The process is much more transparent with the County Council involved. <br />I fully support this Bill.
